Project Overview

To help eBay explore what the future of online shopping might look like, we partnered with S1T2 to create an immersive experiment inside a geodesic dome at Darling Harbour. Outfitted with the latest consumer gadgets, the dome became a testing ground for behavioural data. We designed and 3D printed futuristic headwear, which, when combined with a 12-camera computer vision system, allowed us to track gaze direction and product engagement in real time. This data was synchronised with Bluetooth beacon inputs to build a comprehensive picture of consumer interest, all within a visually captivating and futuristic environment.
